Notice of Extraordinary Meeting 24th March 2020
The council will be holding an extraordinary meeting on Tuesday 24th March 2020, 7:00 pm at Burghfield Village Hall (subject to national/local circumstances) to discuss the parish council’s operating plan during our current situation. This meeting is not to discuss what the government is planning or the virus itself. If you would like information on this then please go to the government website.
Please note that due to the fast pace of this situation please be aware that the agenda is subject to amendments to ensure we are addressing the correct issues using the most recent information provided to us by NALC (National Association of Local Councils) and Public Health England.
This meeting is open to the public, however we would like to urge people to please take caution and think before they consider attending.
