National Highways issue the following notification to Burghfield Parish Council:
We will shortly be carrying out essential joint repairs and resurfacing on the bridge which takes Burghfield Road over the M4 near Reading which may impact local residents and services.
Closure information
- We’ll need to close Burghfield Road between Amners Farm Road and Berry’s Lane overnight on weekdays (9pm to 6am) from Monday 13 to the morning of Saturday 25 March 2023.
- There will be two-way lights here during the day (6am to 9pm) and over the weekend.
Diversion information
A fully signed diversion will be in place in both directions via the A4 and A33 Basingstoke Road, Mereoak Lane, Kybes Lane and Pingewood Road South.
